COMPATIBILITY &
SAMPLING RATES
There are two module series: TRION3 and TRION.
The high-speed TRION3 modules provide sampling rates up to 10 MS/s and are only compatible with the DEWE3 chassis. But TRION modules can be used in both, DEWE3 and DEWE2 chassis with sampling rates up to 2 MS/s. TRION3 and TRION modules record many disparate data sources in perfect synchronization: analog, digital, counter/encoders, GPS, CAN, timing, etc.
SIGNAL CONDITIONING WITH SIMULTANEOUS SAMPLING
Simultaneous sampling TRION3 & TRION signal conditioning modules are the heart and soul of the DEWETRON data acquisition systems, combining the power of simultaneous sampling and 16, 18 or 24-bit ADC technology with advanced signal conditioning. Each input is equipped with its own ADC which allows parallel and synchronous sampling. The calibration data is stored on the TRION(3) module which leads to the fact that only the TRION(3) module must be calibrated.
MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY WITH PLUG & PLAY TRION(3) MODULES
You are absolutely flexible with the user-exchangeable TRION(3) modules: Choose your suitable TRION(3) modules, plug them into your DEWE3 data acquisition system, turn the system on and get to work. The modules are automatically identified and configured within the software as soon as it is launched.

Compatibility: The high-speed DEWE3 systems support both, TRION3 and TRION modules. The DEWE2 systems only support TRION modules.

USER- EXCHANGEABLE SUB-MODULES
In combination with our power modules (see the table above), the interchangeable TRION(3) sub-modules can be used to create individual input configurations. Because of the unique modularity, up to 8 channels can be equipped with different sub-modules for direct current or voltage measurement. Thus almost any kind of voltage or current sensor can be connected to a DEWETRON power analyzer. The sub-modules are user-exchangeable at any time, automatically detected and the calibration data is directly stored inside the sub-module.

Fixed High-Voltage Inputs
4 channels on each power module are fixed high-voltage inputs with ±2000 VPEAK. The other 4 channels are free for different user-exchangeable sub-modules. The only exception is the TRION3-1810-SUB-8 modul:
With its 8 user-exchangeable sub-modules, it is the most flexible TRION power module.
